Get Your Guy Club or Courses Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions By enrolling in "Get Your Guy" Club and Courses (hereinafter referred to as the "GYG Club or Courses"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling. If you do not agree with these terms, do not proceed with enrollment.
2. Membership Enrollment
2.1 To enroll in the GYG Club or Courses, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
2.2 Enrollment can be completed through the official website or platform provided by the GYG Club or Courses.
2.3 For the GYG Club: You have the option to pay a one-time fee of $3500 or choose the 12-month payment plan at $350 per month.
3. GYG Club or Courses Benefits
3.1 As a member of the GYG Club or Courses, you will have access to:
a. Exclusive online content, including videos, articles, and resources related to dating and relationships.
b. Regular webinars and live sessions hosted by Coach Anwar and team.
c. Private discussion forums (Facebook community) for interacting with other members and sharing experiences.
d. Special discounts on selected products or services related to the GYG Club or Courses.
4. GYG Club Payment Terms
4.1 If you choose the one-time payment option, you will be billed $3500 immediately upon enrollment.
4.2 If you choose the 12-month payment plan, the initial payment of $350 will be billed upon enrollment, followed by 11 subsequent monthly payments of $350.
4.3 Payment processing will be handled securely through the designated payment gateway. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date.
5. GYG Club Membership Duration
5.1 The Membership Program lasts for a duration of 12 months from the date of enrollment.
5.2 At the end of the 12-month period, your membership will automatically expire unless you choose to renew it for another term.
6. GYG Club Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 One-Time Payment Enrollments
If you enroll in the Program using the one-time payment option and subsequently decide to withdraw, you may do so at any time by submitting a written request to the GYG support team at [email protected]. Refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis, based on the portion of the Program that has already been used at the time of withdrawal.
6.2 Monthly Payment Plan Enrollments
If you enroll in the Program using the monthly payment plan and choose to discontinue your participation, you may cancel at any time by notifying the GYG support team in writing. Upon cancellation, no future payments will be charged. Payments already made are non-refundable, and you will not incur any additional charges after your cancellation has been processed.
6.3 GYG Club payment plan cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the GYG Club or Courses' support team ([email protected]). Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Privacy and Data Usage
7.1 The Membership Program collects and stores personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
7.2 By enrolling in the Membership Program, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content provided as part of the GYG Club or Courses, including videos, articles, and resources, are protected by intellectual property rights and are for personal use only. You may not distribute, reproduce, or share such content without prior written permission.
